Description of the Scheme: Undertaking wide range of activities for socio-economic upliftment of the weaker section of the society belonging to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, backward classes, scavengers and minorities.

Eligibility Criteria: Permanent residents of J&K who belong to notified Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and Minorities
Nature & Mode of Assistance: Loaning with Banking tie-up direct financing in collaboration with NSFDC, NBCFDC, NKSFDC
