Delegation

An official delegation from India is being organised by India SME Forum with the financial support of the International Cooperation (IC) Scheme of Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

To confirm the delegation members and the incentives under the IC Scheme of the Ministry, an application comprising the short-listed applicants will be vetted for confirming participation as well as Pre-Approval for claiming the Reimbursements, much before the travel arrangements are made.

Common optional facilities for the delegation members may include freight, accommodation & flight booking support, in setting up of your focus display and meetings at the Marseille International Fair.

How to Apply

All Indian MSMEs who are interested in participation need to apply to be selected on a first come first serve basis, and the decision of the selection committee will be final. Please send the fully completed application form & attachments in a file, with the respective Registration/ Application Fees payable to the International Trade Desk at the address mentioned below.

  • Registration/ Application Fee must be remitted directly to:

  • Applicants are required to submit duly filled, signed & stamped application form by the director/ proprietor/owner of the enterprise/ firm, along with the non-refundable registration fees, and self-attested supporting documents as early as possible, as allotment is on first come, first serve basis

  • Supporting Documents to be attached with the Application are: Personal Identification (ID), A Six- month Valid Passport, Udyam Registration Certificate, Copy of Valid Visa (if any), GST Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership Deed, ITR for past 3 years, Company Pan Card, Company Profile & any other applicable documents.
