Ministry of MSME has initiated the establishment of the National SC ST Hub at the National Small Industries Corporation, to provide professional support to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Entrepreneurs to fulfill the obligations under the Central Government Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises Order 2012, adopt applicable business practices and leverage the Stand up India initiative.

DEN is a network initiative of India SME Forum that is bringing together people belonging to marginalized sections of the society. DEN is committed to assist, support and empower them to lead a better life by enabling a sustainable ecosystem for startups and entrepreneurs.

DEN works as an intermediary between Government & Dalit Entrepreneurs, as an enabler, offering them assistance for identifying,  helping fund and starting new self-employment ventures and projects, while providing access to government schemes and incentives.

Due support, mentoring and encouragement is also offered to marginalised entrepreneurs, already in business for growing and sustaining their business apart from inspiring fellow members in inculcating the entrepreneurial spirit.
