Description of the Scheme: Unit will be issued an eligibility certificate within a period of one month from the date of submission of application.

Nature & Mode of Assistance: All units with an investment upto Rs.500 crores in plant and machinery shall be entitled for exemption of Entry Tax for a period of 5 years. Units with an investment above R.500 crores shall be entitled for exemption of Entry Tax for a period of 7 years.

How to apply: Within a period of one year from the date of commercial operations the unit will submit an application with necessary enclosures to the authorised agency for obtaining benefits of Entry Tax Exemption.
