Description of the Scheme: Unit will have to submit a comprehensive Capital Investment Plan, along with application within 15 months start of commercial production.

Target group : Any new IT/ITeS/ESDM, R&D areas and other allied activities that has been issued IT certificate will be eligible

Eligibility Criteria: Any new IT/ITeS/ESDM, R&D areas and other allied activities that has been issued IT certificate will be eligible

Nature & Mode of Assistance: IT/ITeS (Information Technology enabled Services) Capital subsidy of 10% for GFCI upto Rs.2.5 crores limited to Rs.25 lakh. For GFCI above Rs.2.5 crores, capital subsidy would be 5% of incremental GFCI plus Rs.25 lakhs for GFCI upto Rs.2.5 crores. Maximum capital subsidy that can be provided would be Rs.50 lakhs.
ESDM (Electronics System Design and Manufacturing) Capital subsidy of 50% for GFCI upto Rs.10 crores limited to Rs.5 crore to be paid in seven equal annual installments. For GFCI above Rs.10 crores the capital subsidy would be 45% of incremental GFCI plus Rs.5 crore for GFCI upto Rs.10 crores to be paid in seven equal annual installments.
Maximum capital subsidy that can be provided would be Rs.150 crores over a period of seven years.
