Crystal BOHEMIA, a.s. is a global manufacturer of traditional Bohemian lead crystal. The glassworks was founded in 1876. We offer to our customers mouth-blown and machine-pressed lead crystal items for everyday, as well as for the occasional use. The whole wide range includes thousands of different types of products, in simple or in complex shapes, various sizes and with plain or lavish decoration as well as traditional utility and gift items such as vases, bowls, baskets, candlesticks and other decorative products.

Crystalite Bohemia a.s. was founded in October 2009 and today owns a production plant in Svetla nad Sazavou (which is in operation since 1967) with fully automated production of beverage and decorative glass for hotels, restaurants, boutiques, and households. The company nowadays employs more than 750 workers and generates an annual turnover of close to EUR 45 million while exporting products to more than 82 countries worldwide. We use the environmentally friendly lead-free glass CRYSTALITE, which features great light refraction, can be washed in dishwashers without the threat of turning grey, and has a long lifetime thanks to titanium infusion. Products made of such unique glass are thus stronger and more resistant to a higher number of cycles in dishwashers.

Our products are unique and exceptional in their meticulous detail and precision workmanship, which we have honed to perfection. All the glassmaking techniques – cutting, engraving and sandblasting – are based the handwork and creative sensibilities of our individual artisans. Our products immediately captivate the eye because of the depth of cutting, their refinement and radiance. Due to the intricacy of cutting so deeply and our insistence on first-rate quality, our production is not large.

PAČINEK is one of the most talented and skillful glass masters of these days. Starting his career in famous AJETO glassworks as very young glassmaker, he could very quickly establish and introduce himself as fully versatile and original craftsman and artist at once. He contributed to stablishing of own glass company and brand - mark JIŘÍ PAČINEK GLASS. His enormous glass artworks have been presented in many places around the world, among others in USA, Netherlands, Germany in his solo exhibition, in Nový Bor AJETO Art glass museum and many other important glass places.

Since 1724, Preciosa has strengthened and deepened its knowledge of the characteristic properties of crystal glass to masterly perfection, producing and cultivating chandeliers according to original Bohemian traditions. The very highest standards of craftsmanship and unique technical knowledge make Preciosa one of the world’s leading producers of fine crystal and glass chandeliers.
